Hi today we're here in the Lane Cove National Park, a beautiful patch of bush land just five kilometres from the city of Sydney.
We are going to explore the different features found in this environment.
To start we will conduct a sit spot. We are going to sit quietly for a few minutes, of course the longer the better and look listen and feel. This will allow us to identify and describe the different features.
Hey Sophie how is your walk. I've really enjoyed my walk. My favourite part was going down into the mangroves, just sitting down and observing what was going on around me.
I really enjoy the eucalypt forest as well.
Why don't you go outside and observe your place.
