Adaptations is a hands-on Stage 3 excursion that explores the structural and behavioural adaptations of our amazing Australian plants and animals.
Upon arrival the students will begin investigating animal and plant adaptations in the adaptation museum. They will use new knowledge to explore the environments of the Field of Mars Reserve looking for clues of animal and plant adaptations.
Students will also explore animal adaptions through active games and will build animal models using clay and other natural materials.

Program cost
- DoE school cost is $22 per student - GST free.
- Non Gov school cost is $32 per student - GST free. Minimum charge $600.
