Supporting both the First contacts and Community and remembrance topics, Local Aboriginal studies will lead students on a journey to investigate Aboriginal culture and connections to Country.
During the Stage 2 excursion students will undertake a rugged bushwalk along Lane Cove River. They will explore the natural environment that provides food, tools, shelter and other resources. Students will learn about cultural sites and ways to care for Country.
Recommended maximum 4 classes per day.
