ES1/Stage 1/2/3 Teachers
Geography Fieldwork K-6: Learning Beyond the Classroom will help participants to learn about creative and engaging geography fieldwork techniques, methods and tools.
They will learn how to organise fieldwork learning activities into a well-sequenced set of immersive experiences that embed geography process skills and knowledge content.
This course can be delivered in one two hour session or two one hour sessions.
This course will contribute 2 hours towards NESA elective professional development addressing the following Professional Teaching Standards 1.2.2, 2.1.2, 3.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. These hours contribute towards maintaining proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
Non DOE teachers must register with MyPL first.
DOE Cost: $40 inc GST
Non DOE: $50 inc GST
