Field of Mars Environmental Education Centre delivers curriculum-aligned secondary excursions and incursions for Years 7–12.
Led by qualified NSW Department of Education teachers, programs use bushland, waterways, urban sites and school grounds to build fieldwork, inquiry, measurement, data collection and analysis skills.
Programs support Geography, Science and Mathematics, including senior fieldwork, investigations and assessment preparation.

Fieldwork programs for Stages 4–6 that investigate landscapes, liveability, environmental change and human–environment interactions using geographical inquiry, mapping, data collection and analysis.
Mathematics excursions
Hands-on mathematics fieldwork where students collect, measure, represent and interpret real-world data to strengthen numeracy, mapping, statistics and spatial reasoning.
Science excursions and incursions
Fieldwork and classroom-linked programs for Stages 4–6 that develop Working Scientifically skills through investigations into ecosystems, biodiversity, adaptations, human impacts and environmental management.
