Teacher professional learning | Field of Mars EEC

Field of Mars Environmental Education Centre offers professional learning for teachers who want to build confidence teaching outdoors, using school grounds and connecting curriculum to local environments.

Workshops are practical, hands-on and designed for immediate classroom use. Teachers explore fieldwork, inquiry, creative practice, sustainability learning, wellbeing and strategies for managing students safely outside.

Professional learning is led by Field of Mars EEC teachers and specialist facilitators, with clear links to NSW curriculum requirements and the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
