Cost, risk assessment and details

Cost	DoE $20 per student – GST free Non-gov $26 per student – GST free, min charge $750 per class Schools outside Greater Sydney – minimum charge $750 per class Program costs may change. Bookings are charged at the cost confirmed when you book.
Risk assessment	Risk management plan
Classes	Maximum 4 classes per day. 64 students per session.
School preparation	Schools to provide one extra large learning space, with a screen or projector, for all participating classes for the duration of the day. The space needs to accommodate multiple classes.
Welfare	For medical or special needs notify staff prior to program.
Booking policy	Confirm student numbers and classes 7 days in advance.
Cancellation and rescheduling	Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 30 school days’ notice before the booking date – $650 Cancellation with less than 14 school days’ notice before the booking date – full program cost Cancellation due to unsafe weather or fire danger – $0

Activities may vary depending on student needs, timing and weather.

Art from nature

In the hall or large learning space, students will learn about various artists who use natural materials to create artworks. They then explore these artists' techniques and tools, helping students understand how artworks are made.

Nature's treasures

Students explore their school grounds, finding inspiration in natural treasures like leaves, flowers, and stones. Each student will take photos of these materials to create digital specimens for their artworks.

Imagination workshop

Students will learn to create digital artworks inspired by various artists. They’ll review, edit, and enhance photos using iPad apps, learn to create layers of eye-popping digital imagery with natural materials, and add drawings using a digital pencil.

Students will choose their favourite artwork to be printed on A4 photo paper back at our centre. Frames and artworks will be delivered to school at a later date. Schools will frame their own artwork.

All artworks will also be saved to Google Drive for school access.

This program works best in 2-hour blocks. This might require some classes to start recess/lunch early or late.
