Stage 1 (S1) incursions bring environmental and sustainability learning into Year 1 and Year 2 classrooms and school grounds.
Led by qualified NSW Department of Education teachers, students investigate animals, life cycles, schoolyard habitats, natural materials and caring for local environments through hands-on and digital activities.
Programs support Creative Arts and Science and Technology, with a focus on observation, communication, creativity, simple data collection and curiosity about living things.
