Stage 2 excursions | Years 3–4 | Field of Mars EEC

Stage 2 (S2) excursions provide hands-on environmental learning for Year 3 and Year 4 students.

Led by qualified NSW Department of Education teachers, students investigate bushland environments through creative arts, English, HSIE, PDHPE, HPGE and Science and Technology programs.

Excursions build fieldwork skills, curiosity, teamwork, environmental understanding and confidence in learning outdoors.

Earth’s Environment: Eucalypt forest excursion

Stage 2 | HSIE Geography

An HSIE excursion where Stage 2 students investigate a eucalypt forest, including natural features, plants, animals, weather, human impacts and sustainable care for environments.

This program will retire at the end of 2026.
