Annual report

Each year, Field of Mars EEC publishes an annual report that summarises our progress, achievements and improvement work.

The report helps schools, families and the community understand how the centre is performing and how we are supporting high-quality curriculum-based outdoor learning.

The report includes:

• key initiatives and achievements
• student participation and program highlights
• resource and staffing information, where relevant
• next steps for improvement

School excellence plan

Our School Excellence Plan outlines our improvement priorities in learning, teaching and leading.

The plan guides how Field of Mars EEC strengthens curriculum delivery, professional practice, student engagement, outdoor learning, fieldwork and school support.

It is reviewed regularly so our work remains focused, evidence-informed and responsive to the needs of students, teachers and schools.

School behaviour support and management plan

Our School Behaviour Support and Management Plan outlines how Field of Mars EEC supports safe, respectful and responsible behaviour.

The plan helps students, visiting teachers, staff and families understand expectations for positive participation during excursions, incursions, professional learning and other centre activities.
