We're going to record some information about an animal. We're going to use a checklist to see if the animal is happy in its natural habitat. I've been watching the noisy miners flying through the trees outside. They've been eating the nectar from the flowers and I even saw them have a sip of water from a bird bath. They look really happy to me. I think I know why. They have everything they need. Food to eat, air to breathe, trees to shelter in and water to drink. Why don't you have a look at some animals during recess or lunch. You can ask an adult if you could sit outside or you could watch through a window like me.
